Accessing the platform

The Asignet Platform is a secure web-based graphical user interface (GUI) that can be reached using a web browser and client URL. No Asignet software downloads are needed!

You can access the Asignet portal by entering your client URL into a web browser address bar. For the best user experience, we recommend Edge, Chrome, or Safari.

The platform URL will following the format: https://[clientname].asignet.com

Single Sign On Login

If implemented with Single Sign-On (SSO), enter the client specific URL in a web browser and you will proceed directly to the Applications menu.

Manual Login

If implemented without Single Sign-On, you’ll need to log in with your personal credentials.

1. Enter the client specific URL in a web browser

2. Once at the main login page, enter your username.

3. Enter your password.

4. Click Accept to log in.

Upon successful login into the Asignet portal, click enter to proceed directly to the Applications menu.

Updating your password

If you are login via SSO, you are not able to reset your password. This is for manual login users only.

If you need to change your password, select the option Change Password.

To change your portal password, perform the following steps:

1. Enter your current password.

2. Enter your new password.

3. Enter your new password again to verify.

4. Click Accept to apply changes.

Your new password must be at least eight characters long and include a mix of uppercase, lowercase, and numeric or special characters.
