Inventory - Wireline module

The Wireline page dissects the main Inventory report into bit-sized sections so you can focus on one aspect of the inventory (i.e. GL, Site Address, or Last invoice). To see this tabbed view of your wireline inventory,

Go to the Inventory.
Click on Wireline.
You see see your data in a tabbed view, as shown below.

Changing your inventory view

Switch the Grid view, which will take you an inventory view where you can see all columns available in Inventory instead of using the tabbed view, which is the default view.

Exporting all your data

Data results within the platform are capped at 10,000 records. To export all the inventory records, click Export All Data.

Standard columns available in the General Tab

Column	Description
Vendor	The vendor name.
Account
Service ID	The unique billing service item.
Class	Class is how the Asignet classifies the main service, such as Wireless, Data, or Voice.
SubClass	Subclass is a sub-category within the Class, such as Broadband, MPLS, Toll Free, or PRI.
Technical Circuit	If provided by the vendor, the technical circuit is populated.
BW	Bandwidth value.
BW - Unit	The unit of measurement for the bandwidth speed.
Working With	Related circuit IDs within the same vendor of the Service ID.
Status	Active or Inactive.
Service ID Address - Address	Address Line 1 of the associated building / location.
Service ID Address - Country
Service ID Address - State
Service ID Address - City

Standard columns available in the Last Invoice/Inventory Tab

Column	Description
Vendor	The vendor name.
Service ID	The unique billing service item.
Last Inventory - Date	The date of the last inventory data capture.
Last Inventory - Dwn	Download the inventory file.
Last Invoice - Date	The date of the last invoice received for the inventory service.
Last Invoice - Currency	The invoice currency.
Last Invoice - Amount	The total invoice amount (current charge).
Last Invoice - Dwn	Download the last invoice.
Last Invoice - Parser	The name of the invoice parser.

Standard columns available in the GL Tab

Column	Description
Vendor	The vendor name.
Account
Service ID	The unique billing service item.
GL - Edit	Edit the GL Code associated to the service.
GL - Count
GL - Ledger Code String	The current GL String value associated to the service.
GL - Update User	The name of the user who last updated to the GL value.
GL - Update Date	The date of the last time the GL value was updated.

Site Name	The building / location name that has been associated to the service.
