Navigating the Manager View

Managers are users who are designed as people managers to one or more employees on the HR Feed. As an manager, when you login you will see a version of the Usage Management module that provides two menu options:

  • Home: displays data specific to your employee record, assigned mobile number(s), and your orders.

  • Manager: displays summary reports for your assigned employees', their mobile numbers, and associated cost.

Any device or service assigned to your employee profile will appear in this section. Click on a the Manage link under a device/service record to view the details and place orders specific to the device/service. 

If you have more than 8 devices and/or services associated to yourself, the platform will offer you the ability to filter for the other assigned devices or services.

Place a wireless order for new service, or modify your assigned mobile number.

Orders that require review and approval will be highlighted in this section. Please make sure you action any orders that appear here so they can advanced to the vendor for order fulfilment. You should have also received an email notification alerting to you as well. 

When in the Manager view, you will see a summary of charges for the given month and a report of all their associated employees.

To review details for a specific employee & mobile number,

  1. Click on the hyperlinked Employee ID number.

  2. A summary report for the selected employee will generate, along with a report of all mobile numbers assigned to the individual employee.

  1. Click on the hyperlinked mobile number under the Line column to see the cost and usage breakdown for the selected number.
