Viewing details for your Devices & Services
Managing the device and service assigned to you
When on the landing page for the Usage Management module, you will see all active or ordered device and service assigned to your employee profile. When you click Manage for a record, you'll open up the device management page where you can view the device identifiers and place orders to modify your device or service.
Your company determines the allowed orders that can be placed in the platform, so you may not see all the order options shown as below.
What you’ll see
For each device and/or service record, we’ll provide you information for:
Device Model
Device Identifiers
SIM
Current billing service plan
Current billing features
Cost center (if used by your company)
You’ll also be able to place orders from the page as well. Click on the order type to begin the process!
