Navigating as an Admin user
The Usage Management module streamlines the way employees and managers request new mobile service or change existing services for themselves - plus it provides them with visibility to their mobile usage and cost each month. However, as an Admin user, you also have the ability to manage your assigned services and initiate orders for yourself - plus! you may simulate another manager or employee.
As an Admin, when you login you will see a version of the Usage Management module that provides a User select option and two menu options:
User select: populate the User drop-down to act as the selected employee or manager.
Home: displays data specific to selected employee record, assigned mobile number(s), and their allowed orders.
Manager: will only appear if the user selected is a Manager. This page displays summary reports for the manager’s assigned employees', their mobile numbers, and associated cost.

To change your view, populate the User drop-down with the employee or manager you wish to act as.

Devices & Services
Any device or service assigned to the user profile will appear in this section. Click on a the Manage link under a device/service record to view the details and place orders specific to the device/service.
If the user has more than 8 devices and/or services assigned to them, the platform will offer you the ability to filter for the other assigned devices or services.

Place a wireless order for new service, or modify the user’s assigned mobile number.

Orders that require review and approval from the user will be highlighted in this section.
Manager
When in the Manager view, you will see a summary of charges for the given month and a report of all the manager’s associated employees.
To review details for a specific employee & mobile number,
Click on the hyperlinked Employee ID number.
A summary report for the selected employee will generate, along with a report of all mobile numbers assigned to the individual employee.
Click on the hyperlinked mobile number under the Line column to see the cost and usage breakdown for the selected number.
