Terminate Service

To terminate a service, click the Terminate Service option to open a new window.

Perform the following steps:

  1. Select the status of the line from Current Status drop-down list.

  2. Enter the criteria in Select Line Number field.

  3. Find the mobile number. Select the mobile number to display the device and contract dates information.

  4. Select the date to terminate service from drop-down list. This can be Today or End of current bill cycle.

  5. Select the reason to terminate service from drop-down list. This can be General Maintenance, Employee Change, Device Not Utilized, Cost, or Coverage Change.

  6. Enter a comment in Additional Comments field. Optionally, enter a comment in Comments field.

  7. Click Submit to apply changes.

  8. Once submitted, the manager of the user will receive a notification for approval.
