Transfer of Liability

To transfer liability from corporate to personal or personal to corporate, click the Transfer Of Liability option to open a new window.

Perform the following steps to transfer liability from corporate to personal:

  1. Select the Corporate to Personal action to take from Action To Take drop-down list. Upon selecting the action, a procurement message appears.

  2. Click I acknowledge to acknowledge the procurement message.

  3. Enter the criteria in Select Mobile Number field.

  4. Find the mobile number. Select the mobile number to display the device and plan information.

  5. Enter the email address in Preferred Contact Email Address field.

  6. Optionally, enter a comment in Comments field.

  7. Click Submit to apply changes.

  8. Once submitted, the manager of the user will receive a notification for approval.

Perform the following steps to transfer liability from personal to corporate:

  1. Select the Personal to Corporate action to take from Action To Take drop-down list. Upon selecting the action, a procurement message appears.

  2. Click I acknowledge to acknowledge the procurement message.

  3. Select the current carrier from Current Carrier drop-down list. Upon selecting the carrier, a corporate and carrier message appears.

  4. Enter your personal phone number, account number, and account password to transfer.

  5. Optionally, enter a comment in Comments field.

  6. Click Submit to apply changes.

  7. Once submitted, the manager of the user will receive a notification for approval.
